Abstract

For my culminating Masters thesis capstone, I designed a unique curriculum consisting of ten yoga stories targeted at children aged 4 to 12. Throughout the journey of creating, executing, and subsequently reflecting on the implementation of this unique yoga-storytelling curriculum, I have gathered a range of insights and made several key observations. In this paper I detail the same.
