The Relationship Between Administrative Program Quality and Organizational Equity in Early Childhood Programs

Abstract

Does administrative program quality predict organizational equity in early childhood programs? This preliminary study examines 197 centers. Researchers hypothesized that a strong positive correlation exists between administrative program quality and Organizational equity. Programs were assessed using two instruments for comparison: the Program Administration Scale (PAS-3) and the Organizational Equity Assessment (OEA). The statistical model demonstrated that the subscale score of Organization Growth and Development of the PAS-3 could predict overall organizational equity.
