Faculty with international experience expressed a greater belief in the influence of academic challenges on international students. Faculty acknowledged the valuable contributions of international students, highlighting their diverse perspectives and strong academic performance. Variations in perceptions were observed based on faculty international experience status. This study offers insights into enhancing support for international students in higher education and fostering an intercultural academic environment.
