Fashioning a Future Liberated Self: Black Girls Speak on Becoming Future ECE (Early Childhood Education) Professionals

To sustain future Black teacher pathways, we must imagine and engage pre-professional experiences for Black girls in ways that counter anti-black racism, sexism, and capitalism. Using empirical data, this study theorizes about what is possible for ECE teacher preparation when the liberation of Black girls, as future educators, is centered.
