This study evaluates the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) into business education through a new Enterprise GenAI course at the Harvard Business School. It aims to understand the diverse GenAI competency goals of business students and assess the effectiveness of project-based learning (PjBL) in achieving these goals. Grounded in Kaya et al.'s (2023) AI competency model and incorporating PjBL, the research employs a mixed-methods approach, including semi-structured interviews and focus groups with course participants. Expected findings include stratefied competency aspirations among students and mixed outcomes of PjBL in GenAI education. This study contributes to developing effective GenAI pedagogical strategies and informs future curriculum development, aligning business education with evolving GenAI demands.
