Abstract

As DEI statements, offices, and policies continue to become commonplace at universities, we must understand if these policies improve outcomes and experiences for marginalized groups. This paper seeks to understand the extent to which experiences for Black women faculty improve after the institutions adopt DEI statements and policies.
