Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a highly prevalent neurodevelopmental disorder in early childhood that often results in difficulties organizing daily activities. Recent research has centered on implementing organizational skill interventions in clinical and school settings; however, studies have not been conducted in home settings. This study used a single- case, multiple-probe across-participants design to assess the fidelity and effectiveness of parent- delivered organizational skill interventions in the home environment. The study included three parents and their children (grades 2 to 5) who were diagnosed with ADHD. Results examined integrity of parent behavioral skills training and child completion of household tasks.
