Black Women’s Leadership: Building the Academy to Advance Justice for All

Abstract

Acknowledging that from where we enter, as Black women in leadership we bring justice with love, creating welcoming and supportive environments for all. In this session, authors/ editors of three recent volumes regarding Black women’s executive leadership in the academy will engage with each other and participants in a discussion of the benefits of and opportunities for Black women at the helm of our nation’s colleges and universities.
