Higher Education Credentialing Educational Leaders to Boost Inclusive Education Through Systemic Culturally Responsive Methodologies

Thu, April 11, 12:40 to 2:10pm, Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, Floor: Level 3, Room 301

Session Type: Symposium

Abstract

This symposium provides a proposed solution to empower communities to recognise unabating, harmful, and disruptive influences on becoming self-actualized and end the suffering with lifelong learning. For effective and efficient investment in education and training, leaders from education systems are trained by project partners/HE professoriate, as agents for change through doctoral study. Institutions adopt Professional Educators and Administrators Committees for Empowerment (PEACE) as methodology to collect data with communities mobilising the ethical protocol toolkit A Blueprint for Character Development and Evolution (ABCDE) and Assessment for Personal and Social Learning (APSL) as framework. Statistical models will be developed on the factors constituting inclusiveness, well-being and learning outcomes, systematically addressed through qualitative culturally responsive pedagogy to boost inclusive education systems and societies.
