Drawing from a rich collection of studies, it uncovers the wellness practices, work-life balance strategies, and pathways to leadership for these educators, revealing both the obstacles they face and the resilience they demonstrate. Through a synthesis of these papers, the session offers a comprehensive understanding of the intersectionality of race and gender in educational leadership and suggests strategies for mentorship and support.
