Abstract
This session highlights the transformative potential of educational leadership programs. Papers speak to the evolution of educational leadership preparation research, experiences of students in both Ed.D. and Ph.D. educational leadership preparation programs, as well as how preparation programs help graduates develop the skills necessary to navigate challenging conversations and develop as community leaders.
