Session Type: Roundtable Session
This roundtable includes an array of studies that focus on the perspectives and experiences of district level administrators, including superintendents. Papers focus on the role of district leadership in shaping the vision of culturally responsive and equity-oriented schooling. A focus on how superintendents lead through the pandemic and how districts needed to re-envision the requisite skills for principals to lead after the pandemic are also included.
