Session Type: Roundtable Session
This session brings together papers that aim to build or operationalize educational leadership concepts and theories in varying contexts. Some studies call for new frameworks to examine and understand school leadership, including a liberatory framework grounded in the experiences of Black women educators. Other papers in the session focus on idea networking, compassionate leadership and a framework for culturally responsive instructional supervisors.
