Session Type: Roundtable Session
In this roundtable session, we present four papers which explore differential funding options in K-12 and higher education. Two of the papers investigate the use of recovery Covid-19 funding in K-12 and evaluate the allocative efficient of these funds using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The author of the third paper analyzed the role of emergency subsidies in higher education in Japan to assist with Covid-19 recovery. The fourth paper takes the notion of adequacy-based funding and demonstrates its application in higher education.
