Session Type: Pre-Conference Mentoring Session
The first half of this seminar surveys the history of scholarship on racism in schools, looking at the way general theories about curriculum have been applied to curriculum studies. The second half examines the recent turn from applying general social theories to the topic of racism and towards building theory around the phenomena of racism.
