Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the development of moral literacy among school principals. We focus on identifying significant events that have shaped their understanding of morality as school leaders. Using a narrative inquiry design, the study captures the complexities and nuances of principals’ moral development and its influence on their decision-making. The research aims to enhance theoretical and practical understanding of moral literacy in educational leadership.
