Colleagues or Mentors? Exploring Student Leaders’ Experiences With Campus Administrators

Abstract

Student leaders serve as an essential connection between campus administrators and the student body. This narrative inquiry illuminates experiences of ten student government leaders. Two major themes in this study consider the complexity of the relationship between student leaders and administrators, as well as the practices that strengthen the relationships.
