Amid expected shortages in the global education workforce, this study examines organizational commitment among principals, teachers, and educational assistants (EAs) in post-pandemic Canadian schools. Utilizing the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, which posits that workplace resilience stems from balancing demands and resources, we investigated workplace commitment variables. Surveys from 1114 educators were analyzed using logistic regression to identify significant predictors. Key variables influencing higher commitment and lower turnover risk include well-being for teachers, and connectedness for principals and educational assistants. Results highlight the importance of targeted support to enhance these variables which are crucial for the education sector's recovery and sustainability
