The goal of this study was to use network analysis to explore the interconnected relationships among leader well-being in terms of network estimation, centrality indices, network stability, and network comparison. The study included 1,274 school leaders from China. The results offer a detailed insight into the evolving network on leader well-being. It was observed that spiritual well-being, which ranked highest in terms of centrality measures, highlights the importance of personal satisfaction and a sense of direction in leaders' lives. These findings have implications for theory development and practical interventions to support principal well-being.
