Abstract

High-impact practices are touted as beneficial to all students. Yet, there is a lack of critical examination of how privilege manifests within these practices in terms of access and outcomes. This study examines how financial resources, as well as race, gender, and class, influence access to high-impact practices and post-graduation outcomes.
