Access to university is a right for all people; however, access to higher education for people with disabilities is still a challenge. This study examines the impact of training of faculty, staff and administrators in postsecondary institutions on inclusive practices to improve outcomes for students with learning differences. We piloted the course in the Spring 2024 semester at one public university in the U.S. with 8 participants, half of them were teaching faculty and the other half were administrators, from three different campuses. The pilot results revealed that participants gained a profound comprehension of key concepts, engaged in meaningful personal reflections, and adopted practical strategies for inclusive practices.
