Abstract

This study examines the interrelations of higher education (HE) faculty members’ perceptions of curriculum making and teaching culture. The study uses nationally representative data from all Finnish HE institutions, examining a hypothesized model of curriculum making and teaching culture, as well as the effects of institutional sector and amount of pedagogical training with CFA and SEM. The results of this study can be useful to HE institutions undertaking curriculum reform or re-design and in planning their pedagogical training.
