This study explores the experiences of women researchers in academia engaged in antiracist initiatives. Using a duoethnographic approach and inspired by a critical dialogue protocol, the researchers aim to understand how critical dialogues on antiracism, race, and gender contribute to renewing academic spaces. Grounded in Sealey-Ruiz's Archeology of Self framework, the study emphasizes deep introspection and coalition-building across diverse backgrounds. Thematic analysis identified themes including liminality and coalition as antiracist work. Findings highlight the importance of dialogic spaces for women to challenge biases and foster equitable environments. The study advocates for continuous critical dialogue and self-examination to confront and dismantle systemic racism in academia.
