Abstract

This presentation draws on the concept of reflexivity to explore the ethical dimensions of conducting educational research. Through a critical examination of ethical practices in ethnographic fieldwork, the presentation highlights strategies for navigating relational dynamics between researchers and participants. Key aspects include innovative approaches to interview, various ways of consent, and humane methods for exiting the field. By emphasizing the importance of ethical engagement, the presentation aims to offer participants practical guidance for integrating ethical considerations into their research methodologies and to foster discussion on how research can more effectively address and repair educational injustices.
