Abstract

In response to a diversifying student body in healthcare professions education, a set of guiding principles rooted in the Funds of Knowledge theoretical framework is proposed. These guiding principles are intended to inform educational practices of occupational therapy and allied health professions educators to aid in didactic and clinical learning outcomes, increase self-reflective practices, and serve as a bridge to sustaining community-based partnerships.
