Abstract

This study explores organizational change within the context of HSIs. Guided by emergent strategy and using in-depth interviews, we explore the process of HSIs, emerging HSIs, and striving HSIs moving towards Latine-serving identities. We investigate how educators are making small, intentional changes to their structures to serve Latine students.
