This study seeks to explore the application of Actor-Network Theory (ANT) to understand social justice leadership in school. We employed a case study methodology to examine a public secondary school in Esenyurt, Istanbul with a diverse student population, including a significant number of refugees. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results reveal that promoting social justice involves a complex network of actors, including school policies, physical environments, and external organizations. These elements collectively influence the behavior and attitudes of staff and students, highlighting the importance of a comprehensive approach to leadership. This study contributes to the existing literature by demonstrating how ANT can uncover the intricate mechanisms behind social justice leadership.
