School Principals' Social Justice Leadership in the Relationship Between Collectivism and Teachers' Well-Being Through Mediating

Abstract

The study examines the mediating role of social justice leadership of the K12 school principals in the effect of collectivism on teachers’ well-being. The research was conducted with a quantitative method and the study group of the research consists of 568 teachers. Mediation analysis was used in structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings showed social justice leadership of the K12 school principals is a full mediator in the relationship between collectivism being the one of individual cultural values of teachers and teachers’ well-being.
