Abstract

This ethnographic study explores how a racially diverse research-practice partnership (RPP) built trust, cultivated meaningful relationships, and challenged traditional power structures. By examining the routines and practices that promote collaborative decision-making and guard against power imbalances, this research aims to identify strategies for fostering humanizing research-practice partnerships committed to dismantling racial injustices. Emerging findings reveal transformative strategies for creating equitable and transformative collaborations in educational research.
