AI-facilitated informal learning (AIIL) significantly enhances teachers' professional knowledge and skills. However, research on the antecedents of teachers' AIIL remains limited. This study adopts the AI Device Use Acceptance (AIDUA) model to explore predictors of teachers' AIIL, including social influence, AI anthropomorphism, hedonic motivation, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and emotional responses. Structural equation modeling with data from 246 teachers revealed key findings: AI anthropomorphism is negatively related to AIIL; positive emotions in AI usage are significantly related to AIIL; hedonic motivation and performance expectancy are the strongest predictors of AIIL; and effort expectancy fully and negatively mediates the impact of anthropomorphism on positive emotions of using AI. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing AIIL adoption
