This study explores key dimensions for evaluating artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education and designs a teaching model based on generative AI (GenAI). It identifies dimensions from existing literature and synthesizes case studies on AI applications in programming education. The study employs a systematic literature review and qualitative synthesis, focusing on dimensions like perceived usefulness, ease of use, social influence, attitude towards AI, behavioral intention, and self-efficacy. Using the ADDIE model, it proposes a GenAI-based instructional framework. This research aims to enhance understanding of AI integration, inform educational strategies, and improve teaching and learning outcomes in higher education.
