Abstract

This study explores how principal leadership influences teacher leadership through setting direction, developing people, and redesigning the organization. Using a quantitative approach, the research examines five teacher leadership practices: professional learning, assessment, instructional, community, and policy leadership. Findings highlight the critical role of developing people as a mediating factor. The study provides empirical insights into the complex relationship between principal and teacher leadership, contributing to leadership development strategies and educational policy.
