In this paper, we describe and reflect on creating and communicating the Red de Confianza of four authors of a collaborative autoethnography. The Red de Confianza is theorized from our reflections in and on action throughout a Latin*-queer worldmaking research project. With this theory, we aim to challenge established research language norms in engineering education and form deeper connections among ourselves as colleagues. We position the Red de Confianza as a multifaceted relational network produced when researchers connect with and as participants to overcome hegemonic monolinguistic English in research, find solidarity within and among different identities, and elevate our voices as queer Latin* individuals.
