Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between social mobility, education, and inequalities in Latin American countries, with an emphasis on Panama. Using efficiency analysis techniques and comparative data, it evaluates how educational policies impact social mobility and reduce inequalities. The results highlight the importance of investment in education to improve social equity and offer recommendations for public policies.
