Abstract

Blended learning is an increasingly popular instructional strategy linked to positive student outcomes. This study examines the impact of blended learning professional development courses on educator retention and digital fluency. Using longitudinal administrative and survey data, this study follows cohorts of teachers and school leaders who participated in blended learning professional development courses and explores their relationship to educator retention and digital fluency.
