Abstract

We test the effect of the Michigan College Access Network (MCAN) on postsecondary enrollment (PSE) in Michigan since MCAN’s inception in 2010. Using staggered difference-in-differences statistical methods (Callaway & Sant’Anna, 2021; Wooldridge, 2023), we find strong evidence indicating the grant has a positive overall effect on PSE rates among treated schools.
