Abstract

This literature review delves into the collaboration between humans and AI in qualitative data analysis. It focuses on the roles of humans and the impact on interpretation and validation. The findings highlight that while AI tools greatly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis, humans remain essential. They provide contextual understanding, nuanced interpretation, and ethical oversight, ensuring the validity and reliability of the analysis. The collaboration between human expertise and AI capabilities leads to a more robust and comprehensive qualitative data analysis process.
