This research aims to investigate the factors related to technology integration of secondary math teachers with varying levels of teaching experience. Both internal and external factors related to the classroom, school, school board, and society continually shape teachers’ attitudes in distinctive ways. A survey of 115 teachers revealed that personal factors like teachers’ technological knowledge did not differ across teaching experience, but that teaching experience significantly impacted teachers’ attitudes, with less experienced teachers being more positive toward technology. Conversely, mid-careers exhibited more positive emotions when reflecting on the evolving role of technology in their teaching. The current findings provide a multidimensional understanding of factors shaping math teachers’ technology integration, which allows for the development of tailored support and professional training.
