Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the [Project] internship program on the personal and professional development of four interns. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach, we explore how the program influenced their career aspirations, professional skills, and personal growth. The findings reveal that interning with [Project] significantly enhanced organizational abilities, teamwork, and confidence among interns. Professionally, it clarified career goals, boosted soft skills, increased confidence in data analytic tools, and exposed interns to a variety of teams. These insights highlight the [Project]’s effectiveness in fostering both personal and professional growth, demonstrating its value as a model for similar initiatives.
