Abstract

This study explores personalized learning strategies in an AI supported environment; in particular, their effectiveness in elementary mathematics. It investigates how AI tools tailor learning experiences to individual needs, especially for struggling students, aiming to reduce educational disparities. The findings highlight AI's potential to enhance personalized learning and improve academic outcomes. Additionally, this study examines teachers' perceptions of AI and how to balance the roles of teachers and AI. While AI provides essential support in delivering personalized content, teachers remain crucial. This study offers significant insights into the integration of AI in education, providing practical recommendations for enhancing personalized learning and promoting educational equity.
