Abstract

Building on the work of Rahm (2014) around the continuous and multiple shapings and reshapings of space and time, and Vea’s (2020) conceptualization of emotion as both a condition and outcome of learning, this piece will explore the ways emotion shapes space, and space shapes emotion within an informal science learning environment targeted towards young people of color.
