Abstract

This study examines the integration of emerging technologies and multisensory learning to support pre-service teachers. With the collaborative teams from art teacher education, science, and museum education areas, the authors have developed the integrated STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics)-multisensory lessons with a focus on teacher education. The project's objectives include advancing pedagogies in STEAM that reflect the cultural expressions of individuals and communities in novel ways and combining visual arts, soundscape, and technology. This interdisciplinary approach not only stimulates student engagement but also fosters creativity, supports learning motivation, and opens up new avenues for artistic exploration.
