Abstract

The purpose of this presentation is to present research in progress on the excavation of an empirical model to guide in the research on the Jeanes Supervisors of Florida, a cadre of Black women educators who led in the transformation of Black schooling and education in the South using the wisdoms of theory and practice of Zora Neale Hurston.
