Abstract

This study aimed to understand how twelve PK-20 minoritized educators (11 graduate students, 1 early career scholar) experience stress and their ways of coping with stress. The study is crucial for creating inclusive and prosperous PK-20 education environments and for the well-being and retention of minoritized educators.
