The future of educational research is being shaped by integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives alongside the rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This presentation will examine the intersections of politics, policy, and research frameworks as educational institutions and stakeholders respond to these dynamic forces. We will explore the challenges faced in navigating the complex political landscape, which often influence both the adoption and execution of DEI programs and AI technologies.
