Drawing on his academic journey, Dr. Flowers offers strategies for refining CVs for individuals transitioning from clinical (non-tenure) roles to tenure-track positions and those moving from K-12 to higher education. By focusing on these professionals' unique experiences, he will provide insights on how to effectively present their skills and qualifications for success in academia.
