Abstract

Dr. Radd will discuss key aspects necessary to collaboratively develop a strong book proposal with a reputable press. Dr. Radd’s book discussed how to become an equity leader committed to engaging in the exhausting but urgent work of creating more equitable schools. Her work centers on creating an equity-focused school leader in diverse schools.
