As an award-winning scholar, Dr. Lolita Tabron will share insights regarding how to best position yourself for the tenure and promotion process as a critical scholar of color. Dr. Tabron is an expert in PreK-12 educational leadership and policy and advancing racial justice through critical policy analysis and innovative research methodologies.
