Abstract

Dr. Rodela is currently Associate professor in the Educational Leadership Program and Interim Chair for the Department of Educational Leadership and Sport Management at Washington State University. She is also the former Associate Dean of Equity and Inclusion for Faculty and Staff Development at her institution. She will discuss strategies taken to ascend to leadership positions in higher education.
