Abstract

This study investigates dual enrollment (DE) programs in teacher education as a model for providing college access and pathways to teaching careers. Using a phenomenological approach, it examines DE participants's lived experiences (2018-2024), focusing on motivation, institutional support, and mentorship. Findings will inform future DE initiatives, enhancing college transitions, and diversifying teacher profession.
